If a picture is worth a thousand words, then what is the value of several pictures?

The other day, I was making some pretzels (something that make quite often). I planning to write about the process, but then I thought that it might be interesting to create photo essay. So I set up my Pentax camera and documented the process.
For this project, I decided to use black and white photos. Not everything has to photgraphed in full color.
So please enjoy, and feel free to leave a comment as well. I also created an illustrated recipe at the end. I apologize, for the recipe using such large quantities, but when I make pretzels, I really go to town.
